Mojito Syrup:
4 cups of mint leaves
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups water
Mix all three in a pot…bring to a boil…boil only for a short amount of time…if you boil too long, it will get a bit of a burnt taste to it.
Strain, and cool. Add 1/8 the amount of lime juice (1/8 cup lime juice for every 1 cup of mint)
Freeze in ice cube trays if you want.
Mojito:
2 mint/lime ice cubes
Rum
Then mix to melt/break up mint cubes
Add Club Soda and ice…
Drink!
