Concentric, rotting circles full of colour!

Found some rotting wood…took a picture…that is about it! This image is basically untouched, I only cropped a bit off the top to frame it a bit better. This shot looks great in full res, the detail is amazing.
Just another macro of some Dandelions…tweaked a bit in post processing of course!
Here are a few of my favourites…I think this effect is best left for the occasional photo…not really meant for everyday use.
Have I “Jumped the Shark” on these???…Maybe.

Found a plug-in for my photo editing software…The next couple of days posts will be the results of my experimentation…quite abstract…a bit surreal…but there is something about these images that I really like…this may pass, and I am not sure I would want these on my walls…but they are great for a photoblog!
Visiting my Aunt and Uncles place, they had recently purchased an old 60′s(?) style lamp from a garage sale, I liked the geometry and took a few closeup pictures…this was my favourite.
Just some barbed wire against a bloe/cloudy sky. Took this while waiting at the ferry terminal in 2003. I kinda liked the perspective.
